Revenue has recently upgraded its online service for making claims for tax relief at source (TRS) on mortgage interest. Since 3 March, new applications for Mortgage Interest Relief should be made online. Where a taxpayer is entitled to previously unclaimed mortgage interest relief, the application should also be made online.
