Double Tax Relief and International Tax Enforcement Update

HMRC recently published a further batch of Draft Statutory Instruments and International Tax Enforcement Orders covering the following countries: Grenada, Dominica, Belize, Antigua, Barbuda, Saint Lucia, Saint Christopher (Saint Kitts) and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Montserrat. Explanatory notes have also been provided.

A draft Statutory Instrument and Explanatory Memorandum to the Double Taxation Relief (Qatar) Order 2011 was also published.
