2011 Preliminary Tax – Issues with Calculation

A number of issues were brought to Revenue's attention concerning the calculation of the 2011 preliminary tax payment that appears on the 2010 Notice of Assessment. The issues concern the calculation of the USC, claiming relief for Film Investment and transborder relief. Revenue has issued a clarification on these issues in eBrief No. 53/11.
