In early 2012 the Minister for Finance announced his intention to amend the scheme of tax relief for donations to approved bodies, subject to the outcome of a public consultation on the proposals. Documents in relation to this consultation including an analysis of the submissions received and the proposals announced as part of Budget 2013 are published on the Department of Finance website www.finance.gov.ie.
