VAT Notes No 1 2013

HMRC have published the first set of quarterly VAT Notes for 2013 which contains a summary of all recent changes to the VAT rules and announce any future changes. Items in this edition include: Notifying HMRC about vehicles brought into the UK, the new online system replacing paper forms, and changes to Machine Games Duty regime.
