From last month, charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs can sign up to and make repayment claims online using the new Charities Online service. Guidance is also available which includes a demonstration of the new service and explains how to sign up and make a claim.

The new service is being introduced with the aim of making repayment claims faster and easier by filing online. The current R68(i) print and post repayment form will be replaced by three options for making claims.
