This year, Budget 2014 will be announced on 15 October, some seven weeks earlier than the usual early December date. However, it seems publication of the Finance Bill is being brought forward even more. We understand that the next Finance Bill could be published as early as 24 October next, with a view to possible enactment within this calendar year.
