TaxSource - New Additional Content Now Included
New additional content is now available on TaxSource and TaxSource Extra, the online tax legislation resource from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
The new content includes:
- Revenue eBriefs published in the last six months allocated to each Act and section as appropriate;
- Relevant Revenue VAT eBriefs and VAT Information Notes linked with the related section; and
- Recently published Revenue Notes for Guidance, updated to FA2013 for the VATCA 2010.
A new and improved search facility is also available in both TaxSource and TaxSource Extra which we expect will enhance your experience of using these essential online tax legislation resources.
Members have free online access to TaxSource which contains the full text of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 updated to and including Finance Act 2013, up to date Revenue eBriefs, Tax briefings, Information Notes, relevant case law summaries and the 2013 Revenue Legislation Guidance Notes.
Subscribers to TaxSource Extra, in addition to the content available in TaxSource, have available online the full text of the; Stamp Duties Consolidation Act1999, Capital Acquisitions Tax Consolidation Act 2003, the Value-Added Tax Consolidation Act 2010 and the Local Property Tax Act 2012, all amended up to and including 2013 Finance Acts. Revenue Notes for Guidance, eBriefs, Tax Briefings, other Revenue documents, and case law references, are linked with each section of the relevant Act.
