Toolkits to Help Reduce Errors: Agent Survey
HMRC has launched a survey to get feedback from agents about their experience of using HMRC’s toolkits and is also seeking suggestions for improving these in the future.
HMRC’s toolkits provide agents with guidance on areas of error that HMRC sees in the returns submitted by agents. After a series of recent workshops focused on what agents think about the toolkits, HMRC are asking to hear from all agents that have used the toolkits, even if only once, via an online survey.
HMRC intends to use these findings to help inform the future development of the toolkits and make them easier to use. The survey should take no more than a few minutes to complete and answers are completely anonymous. Information about the agent or clients should not be included when answering the survey.
