Revenue published updates to their VAT and Charities and eWorking and Tax leaflets. The VAT treatment of the acquisition by charities of goods and services from outside the State has been clarified in the recent update to the VAT and Charities leaflet. This leaflet also covers VAT registration for charities and the VAT reliefs available. Revenue’s eWorking and Tax (IT69) Leaflet deals with the tax implications of eWorking employees and includes details on Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, USC and LPT.
