HMRC have published draft guidance on the proposed amendment to the CFC rules in Clause 286 of Finance Bill 2014. The proposed amendments are intended to prevent UK base erosion caused by the transfer of intragroup interest income offshore or by moving a foreign affiliate's bank debt into a UK company.
