The Revenue Commissioners have made Regulations - S.I. No. 292 of 2014, in accordance with the legislation to implement the FATCA (section 891E TCA 1997). The Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2014. Notice of the making of these Regulations was published in Irish Oifigiúil.

Revenue recently launched their new webpage on Automatic Exchange of Information. The new webpage includes information on; the FATCA, Common Reporting Standards, the EU Savings Directive, and the EU Directive on Administrative Cooperation. Links to relevant legislation and guidance documents are also included.
