MyEnquiries
You will now see My Enquiries when you go to send Revenue a secure email. This new online email facility replaced the previous secure email system from last month.
Existing users of secure email are transferred to the new MyEnquiries and can access the facility with their same username and password. New users will be directed to register for MyEnquiries.
MyEnquiries will allow users to send a secure email to a specific Revenue official or to a Revenue group e-mail address. Agents can also submit queries on behalf of their clients. More details on the new facility are set out in Revenue eBrief No. 56/15 which is available here.
