We are aware from correspondence with HMRC that taxpayers and agents were experiencing a delay in receiving acknowledgements to submissions made. HMRC have since advised that the issue has now been resolved and response times for submissions made should be back to normal. However there may be a backlog of responses messages which will take some time to clear through the system. HMRC apologises for the inconvenience this has caused.
