HMRC are seeking new agent volunteers to test a new feature which will shortly be launched as part of the Agent Online Self-Serve (AOSS) project. By way of reminder, AOSS is a project working to deliver new online enhanced services for agents.

Following on from the most recent update on AOSS, HMRC have contacted us to advise that they will shortly launch an expanded view of employer clients PAYE accounts which will provide a monthly breakdown of employers’ PAYE liabilities and explain how the payments received have been allocated to each period.

To help test this enhanced feature, HMRC are seeking new volunteers. Those interested in being involved should complete the volunteer questionnaire. The questionnaire, which remains open until 30 October 2015, asks agents for some key information about their business. This detail enables HMRC to issue a personalised invitation into the service. Agents who have already volunteered to test the initial private beta service do not need to re-apply.
