The OECD has issued three new reports in an attempt to help jurisdictions in the implementation of global standards for the automatic exchange of information. These reports include: Common Reporting Standard Implementation Handbook, Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Programmes and Model Protocol to the Tax Information Exchange Agreements.
