Senegal signs up to OECD’s tax information exchange agreements

Senegal signed an agreement to join the OECD’s Multilateral Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters.

Senegal is the 11th African country to sign the Convention and the 93rd jurisdiction to join the Multilateral Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters. Simultaneously to signing the Convention, Senegal also became the 32nd signatory of Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement for the automatic exchange of Country-by-Country reports (CbC MCAA).
