Farm restructuring relief (Section 28)

Section 604B TCA 1997 provides CGT relief for qualifying farm restructuring transactions and Finance Bill 20116 extends this relief until 31 December 2019. The amendment will come into effect by way of a Commencement Order made by the Minister for Finance.
