More Income Tax Returns than ever filed online this year

Revenue released a press statement following the income tax filing deadline last month stating that more taxpayers than ever before are conducting their dealings with Revenue online.

In excess of 444,000 income tax returns for 2015 were filed through the Revenue Online Service (ROS) which was an increase of over 5% on last year. Furthermore almost 25% more taxpayers paid online using ROS this year. The press release can be found on Revenue’s website.
