Revenue Limits EII telephone support
If you are phoning Revenue with Employment and Investment Incentive (EII) scheme queries you should note that revised Revenue telephone support hours (9.30 am – 1.30 pm) are now in operation.
We understand from discussions with Revenue at a TALC meeting that the reduced telephone support hours are to allow for the processing of EII applications and requests by Revenue in the afternoon. It is expected, according to Revenue, that current delays in EII applications will be reduced and the processing time improved.
