HMRC are seeking agents to volunteer to participate in some research being done relating to the agent journey about access to, and the use of, HMRC’s submittable online forms. The aim of this research is to help inform how HMRC design can be implemented to understand the needs of agents.

The research consists of a confidential one-to-one session with a user researcher who will ask some questions and use screen mock-ups to present ideas. The session will take no longer than an hour and can be arranged as a remote (online) session so you will not need to leave the comfort of your office.

To gain wide and varied insight HMRC are seeking volunteers from large, medium and small agents, from the Professional Bodies in addition to relatively new agents.
