Accelerated wear and tear allowances

Revenue’s guidance has been updated to take account of the Finance Act 2018 changes that provided for a framework for the criteria that products must meet/comply with to be eligible under the scheme. The list of energy efficient products that qualify for accelerated wear and tear allowances is now published and maintained by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland.
