Apple and Ireland’s State Aid Appeal hearing date set
The General Court of the European Union has scheduled a two-day hearing to take place on 17 and 18 of September, where it will hear arguments from Apple Inc. and Ireland challenging the European Commission’s controversial decision that the company received €13 billion in illegal state aid from the Irish government.
