Agents who are members of a professional body are invited to join HMRC’s Agent Forum. This dedicated Agent Forum is hosted in a private area within the HMRC’s Online Customer Forum. You can interact with other agents and HMRC experts to discuss topical issues and processes.

In October, HMRC launched the upgraded Agent Forum. This service replaces the previous forum which will be decommissioned and cases migrated to the new platform. New and existing users will be directed to the landing page via a portal URL link together with registration guidance, and should have received an email communication advising them how to do this.
