ROS–New version of Form 11

As a result of a ROS release on 19 February 2007 a new version of the Form 11 2006 is available for filing in ROS. The main changes to the Form 11 are:

RCA/PRSA/Overseas pensions

  • The text ‘Amount paid between 1st Jan 2006 and 31st October 2006’ has been replaced with ‘Amount paid between 1st Jan 2007 and 31st October 2007’

Capital Gainst Tax

  • The text ‘Unused losses to be carried forward to 2006’ has been changed to ‘Unused losses to be carried forward to 2007’.
  • The print form 11 will now display the correct dates for ‘Periods and Amount of Chargeable Gain’, dates now appearing are 01/01/2006-30/09/2006 and 01/10/2006–31/12/2006.

PAYE/BIK/Pensions/Directorships

  • Only Irish directorships are to be entered here and the text has been amended to reflect this.
  • Any entry of details relating to a foreign directorship held, should be entered using the ‘Additional Information’ section on the ‘Personal Tax Credits’ page.
