Return of Payments (Insurance Undertakings) Regulations 2011-S. I. No. 641 of 2011

The Revenue Commissioners in accordance with section 891B TCA 1997 have made the above entitled Regulations. The Regulations provide for the automatic annual reporting by assurance companies of any payments made by them in the year 2011 and subsequent years in respect of investment policies.
