8. Obligation to keep records

Notwithstanding any other provision of the Act of 1997 the Revenue Commissioners may request the records described in Regulation 7 at any time within a period of up to 6 years after the later of —

(a) completion of the qualifying film, or

(b) a claim under section 481(2G)(b)(ii) of the Act of 1997.
