9. Notification of completion of production and provision of copies

(1) A producer company shall notify the Minister in writing of the completion of production of a qualifying film within 6 months of the date of such completion in accordance with section 481(2C)(d) of the Act of 1997.

(2)Subject to Regulation 10, a producer company shall, within 6 months of the completion of production of a qualifying film, provide 2 copies of the film to the Minister in DVD format or such other format as may be specified in the certificate issued by the Minister.
