MyEnquiries
The MyEnquiries facility, which replaced secure email, now allows Revenue to initiate contact with taxpayers registered for MyEnquiries. Also, taxpayers can export all interactions relating to a particular enquiry thread into a PDF document and save this document to their own computer.
Secure email was replaced with MyEnquiries since 15 June. Users of secure email will have been transferred to the new MyEnquiries and should be able to access the facility with their same username and password. New users will be directed to register for MyEnquiries.
Revenue state in eBrief No. 72/15 (published here) that further developments to MyEnquiries are scheduled for September when the facility will be accessible for business taxpayers via ROS and for PAYE taxpayers via MyAccount.
