Switzerland ratifies the OECD Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters

Switzerland has finalised its instrument of ratification for the multilateral Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters in the presence of OECD Secretary-General Angel Gurría.

The Convention will enter into force for Switzerland on 1 January 2017. There are now 104 countries and jurisdictions participating in the Convention.
